SoHo Capital is an absolute value firm that adheres to the investment approach of Graham-Dodd in each market capitalization.  The firm’s investment process is bottom-up as we look to identify stocks that we wish to own as long-term business owners.  The firm utilizes a series of quantitative screens that focus on low Price to Book, low Price to Cash Flow, low Price to Earnings, and High Dividend Yield values.  This generates a sub-set of securities that are then qualitatively analyzed by our team of analysts.  Our portfolio turnover is kept low as we are long-term holders of the securities we purchase.  Our sell discipline is a strictly defined process based on fundamental change in the underlying business, and a defined valuation and price.
